Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TruDeliver ("we", "us") collects through our website and the apps we publish, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. This website
trudeliver.pages.dev is an information site. It has no sign-up, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.
2. KK Plumbers Reward app
KK Plumbers Reward is the loyalty app for plumbers who buy from K.K Hardware & Sanitary ("the shop"). TruDeliver builds and runs the app for the shop. Information in the app is used by us and by the shop's staff to run the loyalty program.
Information you provide
- Registration details: your name, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number, address and city.
- Account: the Plumber ID and password the shop issues to you. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider.
- Profile photo: only if you choose to add one. The app opens your camera or photo gallery only when you pick a photo.
- Gift claims: the rewards you request and their delivery status.
Information created when you use the program
- Purchases and invoice items the shop records against your Plumber ID, and the points earned for each.
- Your points balance and history, member level, campaign bonuses and achievement progress.
- Notifications sent to you, and a device token so we can deliver push notifications (for example, when points are added or a gift is on its way).
How we use it
- To verify your registration. The shop may call or message you on the number you provide.
- To calculate and show your points, purchases, targets and rewards, and to process gift claims.
- To send notifications about your account and the shop's promotions.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and provide support.
The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics. We do not sell your information.
3. Motix24 app
Motix24 has its own detailed privacy policy covering vehicle records, reminders, subscriptions and account deletion: motix24.pages.dev/privacy.
4. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run our services. They process it on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (including profile photos).
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivering push notifications.
- Cloudflare: website and admin panel hosting.
- Google Play: app distribution and, where applicable, payments.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the shop or the public.
5. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access rules ensure each member can see only their own records, and only authorised shop staff can use the admin panel. We keep your information while your account is active. Once an account is deleted, we remove or anonymise its personal details within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
6. Your choices and deleting your account
- You can view your details in the app and ask the shop or us to correct them.
- You can turn off push notifications in your phone's settings.
- To delete your KK Plumbers Reward account and its data, email trudeliver1@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account". Include your Plumber ID and registered mobile number. You can also ask at the shop. We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. Unredeemed points are lost when an account is deleted.
7. Children
Our apps are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also notify you in the app.
